What is Operation Atlas?
Nigerians Abroad (news media) is looking to expand our news sourcing and content development team. Our mission is to rethink how media serve the Nigerian audience. We are looking for dynamic, goal driven web contributors from across the world including major cities like Lagos, Abuja, London, New York, Houston and Toronto.
The primary focus of this role will be content development and curation on issues and events that fit into 24 hrs news circle. This role is strictly based on compensation.
Must have experience and skills
- Minimum of a College degree in related subject (including undergraduate/graduate)
- Strong English writing and proofreading skills
- Strong research and fact-checking skills
- In-depth knowledge of topic of interest (beat - e.g. entertainment, business, fashion and style, technology, politics)
- Desire to learn and collaborate with others on media, communications and marketing strategies
Nice to have
- Attitude of the Next Game Changer (must be ready to walk the talk)
